Nicoleta Boboc graduated the Bucharest University – Faculty of Law in 2003, licensed in Civil Procedure. She is a member of good standing in the Bucharest Bar. After graduating, Nicoleta attended the LLM in Business Law at Nicolae Titulescu University, in 2006. Nicoleta can add to her professional development the attendance to the International Law Course within the Center for American and International Law, held in Dallas, Texas in 2007. Nicoleta has an intensive 12 years of experience accumulated exclusively in litigations. Before setting up Boboc&Partners, Nicoleta acted within Zamfirescu Racoti & Partners Law Firm for a period of 6 years and before that, at a younger stage of her development, within Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen Law Firm. Nicoleta gives legal assistance and representation to a large spectrum of clients. One of her first specialisations is on litigations in the intellectual property field, representing important national and international organisations in litigations on trademark counterfeiting, trademark annulment, damages compensation, copyright infringement. The legal assistance and representation in front of Romanian and International arbitration courts, in projects of great proportion in connection with Fidic Contracts, has represented Nicoleta's constantly activity in the last years. Nicoleta was involved also in fiscal disputes, representing domestic companies against the fiscal authorities. Her activities began with drafting the preliminary contestation and ended with representation in front of the courts in matters concerning income taxes and VAT. In the last year, Nicoleta was involved in litigations on behalf of some of the Romanian banks, from projects concerning the forced execution in conjunction with securities, promissory notes, insolvency procedure to projects more specific to banks, such as the factoring contracts, or claims for triggering the bank's liability for damages. Ion Octavian Boboc graduated Titu Maiorescu Law University in 2004, licensed in Criminal Procedure and he is a member of good standing in the Bucharest Bar. Ion has an intensive experience of 11 years in litigation and also in the consultancy field. Before setting up Boboc & Partners, Ion has successfully developed his own practice, leading Ion Octavian Boboc Law Office since 2009. Before that, Ion had performed his activity within two major national law firms, Musat & Associates, then within Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen. Ion provides legal assistance and representation to different categories of clients, both in civil and criminal fields, on aspects related to their daily activity, such as contractual claims, labour relationships, tender procedure and finances procedure or corporate affairs. Ion assists the clients during negotiations in amicable procedures and also represents them in litigations on the docket of the regular courts or arbitral courts. Ion also represents few well know non-governmental organisations which activate in the environment protection field, which develop European non – refundable finance projects. Ion has doubled his theoretical knowledges in the criminal field, with solid expertise in criminal cases of great complexity, concerning the fiscal criminal offences and criminal offences of corruption. Ion has also been involved in numerous cases regarding the debt's recovery, administrating a large portfolio of 2000 litigations with respect to forced execution of leasing contracts on the Romanian market. The portfolio of debt’s recovery included also the representation of the clients during the insolvency procedure. Ion also gives assistance on a daily basis to a number of clients, covering a large range of competences. Ion has achieved great experience on litigation between associates, from litigations on annulment of the general meetings of associates, to exclusion of the associates and to all the collateral procedures in front of the courts or of the Romanian Chamber of Commerce.
